Position: Admin Cum Customer Service
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is BONUS.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aggressive, values driven, motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Poses own transport (WILLING to TRAVEL)
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team member
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Follow up, record and tracking for customers' payment
  • Assist in data entry and other adhoc admin duties
