Position: Admin Cum Customer Service- Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is BONUS.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aggressive, values driven, motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Poses own transport (WILLING to TRAVEL)
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team member
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Follow up, record and tracking for customers' payment
- Assist in data entry and other adhoc admin duties
- Fixed basic and extra job task allowance
