Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates seeking to begin their career in sales.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the flooring market, targeting both new and existing customers
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction.
