Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Management, Risk Management or a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in port operations, as this will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with Anti-Bribery Management System / Risk Management / Business Continuity Management.
- Strong communication skills in reporting, analytical and data gathering.
- CPRM is the custodian of the JPB & TBP ABAC Policy & Framework. The incumbent shall take the reasonable and proportionate measures to ensure the implementation of the JPB & TBP ABAC Policy & Framework.
- Support the BCM Coordinator on BCM activity of Johor Port Berhad.
- To ensure that BCM plans are developed, documented, adequately tested and maintained.
- Market Research on industry and business trend to keep abreast on changes in the external business environment and development of regional competitors that can impact the organization.
- Benchmarking on financial and operational performance with regional competitors.
