We’re Looking For:
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Taxation (Fresh grads are welcome!)
Proficient in MS Excel & basic accounting software
Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Your Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, payroll & tax filing
Assist clients in audit preparation, SST & LHDN matters
Prepare tax computations and ensure timely submissions
Support general administrative and tax-related queries

- Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting activities
- Responsible to prepare full set of accounts
- Assist on client yearly audit
- Coordination of client-related administrative tasks
- Perform payroll related tasks, ie. processing payroll, generating statutory files and submission online
- Assist client on submission of SST to kastam.
- Preparation and computation of local taxes, submission of tax return and compliance with local tax regulations
- Withholding tax advisory and filing
- Respond within short time frame as well as anticipating client queries
- Keeping clients informed of tax status progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided
- Correspond with LHDN tax officers on any ad hoc tax matters
- From time to time, any other assignments as required
