Qualifications:

• Minimum degree, in a relevant field, such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, physiotherapy, Psychologist, or related disciplines.
• State licensure or certification, as required by the specific discipline.
• Fresh graduate with related field are accepted.
• Strong knowledge of child development, developmental disorders, and therapeutic techniques.
• Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills, particularly in working with children and their families.
• Understanding of legal and ethical standards in child therapy.
• Special Child Therapist (psychotherapy ,phychologist, occupational ,speech therapist,behavioral therapist)

Special Child Therapist is responsible for providing specialized therapeutic services to children with special needs, developmental challenges, or disabilities. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapeutic interventions to help children develop essential life skills, improve their emotional well-being, and achieve their fullest potential.

• Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with special needs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring therapeutic intervention.
• Individualized Therapy: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, tailored to each child's unique needs, goals, and challenges.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior therapy, group therapy ,outing and play therapy, to address specific developmental and emotional issues.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously assess and monitor the child's progress through standardized tests, observations, and communication with parents and other professionals.
• Parent and Caregiver Support: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and support, as well as teaching techniques for extending therapeutic interventions into the home environment.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, educators, and psychologists, to create a multidisciplinary approach to the child's care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Education and Advocacy: Educate parents, caregivers, and the child's support network about the child's specific needs, rights, and available resources. Advocate for children's rights and necessary services when appropriate.
• Crisis Intervention: Be prepared to address crisis situations, such as severe behavioral issues, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure the child's safety and well-being.
