Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

- Administrative & Documentation
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry and record keeping.
- Prepare, organize and manage internal documents such as letters, reports and memos.
- Ensure all records are accurate, well-structured and up to date.
- Office & Facilities Management
- Manage office supplies, inventory and procurement processes.
- Ensure office environment is well-maintained, organized and fully operational.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers and maintenance personnel.
- Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal activities.
- Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries professionally.
- Finance & Administrative Support
- Assist in processing invoices, claims, and payment documentation.
- Maintain basic expense records and support finance tracking.
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure proper documentation flow.
- Asset & Inventory Management
- Track and manage company assets such as laptops, devices and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
- Support coordination of stock with relevant departments.
- HR & Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation.
- Support attendance tracking and general HR administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing staff activities, engagement programs and events.
- Compliance & SOP Management
- Maintain company policies, SOPs, and internal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal system usage and documentation (if applicable).
