Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive - Ampang Jaya

Qualification and Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field.

Proven experience in import-export operations, logistics, or a relevant role.

Knowledge of customs regulations and experience with customs clearance procedures.

Familiarity with international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Preferably 2 years and above related working experience

1. Replenishment Process Support:

• Foster collaboration with internal department and Sales Operations Department as well as align on replenishment requirements and strategies.
• Strive to maintain the right balance of stock- avoiding out-of-stock situation.

1. Stock Related Analysis and Reports:

• Monitor the demand of stocks and perform uplift in system if needed to cater potential sales.
• Compile gap analysis and other relevant reports, identify opportunities for improvement and propose for action plan to stakeholders.

1. Stock Return:

• Collaborate with stakeholders in excess or slow moving stock management, propose for action plan to expedite the clearance from store backroom.
• Seek approval from manager and submit list for return call within timeline.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Keep track of KPI Performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision making.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in streamlining processes and driving operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal department and IT Department on the automation project and propose for enhancement in work process by utilizing automated tools.

1. Others:

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned from time to time by management.
