What You’ll Be Doing- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn) with ROI focus.
- Execute SEO strategies and content marketing to boost organic reach and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions) to improve performance.
- Create campaign visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Support new product launches, partnerships, and merchant campaigns with strong execution.
- Strong passion and interest in the health & wellness industry.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, and content optimization.
- Data-driven mindset: able to interpret analytics and improve campaigns.
- Responsible, consistent, and independent — you own your campaigns end-to-end.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with proven follow-through.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce.
- Advantage: Meta/Google Ads certifications.
- Must be based in Klang Valley and open to in-office work.

Additional Details- Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office, Pavilion Embassy)
- Location: Pavilion Embassy, Jalan Ampang (MRT/LRT accessible)
- Plan and execute all performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, paid social, display, email, and search advertising.
- Strategize and run omni-channel campaigns to achieve business objectives: lead generation, conversions, and awareness.
- Measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions).
- Identify trends, generate insights, and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
- Brainstorm and test new growth strategies for digital-led campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion experiments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated digital solutions across web, mobile, and social.
- Evaluate customer journeys and optimize user funnels.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendor partners when required.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose adoption of best practices.
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh grads with strong records are welcome).
- Distinction (A) in SPM Mathematics (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing / digital media buys preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrable ability to design, execute, and manage campaigns across SEM, social, email, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset: able to track KPIs, interpret analytics, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, heatmaps, or other analytics tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to craft campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and measurement techniques.
- Passionate about the health & wellness industry and eager to grow in this field.
