Central Kitchen Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Managing Purchases of Raw Material
- To cross check quantity, quality and item description of incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders issued;
- To check expiration dates of incoming deliveries;
- To update stock cards in order to ensure stock balances in the store are correct at any given time;
- To check with the production team on a daily basis on the usage of raw materials in order to plan and forecast weekly raw material usage.
- Managing Outgoing Deliveries
- To cross check quantity, quality and item description of outgoing deliveries against Purchase Orders received;
- To update completed Purchase Orders in the system;
- To coordinate with inhouse and third-party logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Managing the Central Kitchen's Maintenance and Cleanliness
- To coordinate with in-house and third-party maintenance technicians;
- To supervise and ensure work is completed in a timely manner before signing off work/service orders;
- To ensure operations comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Halal and local regulations.
- Procurement of New Suppliers
- To help with the sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers for new/substitute items.
- Any Other Duties That May Arise or Assigned By:
- Central Kitchen Head;
- Management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a Central Kitchen or Food Production environment;
- Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and Halal standards;
