Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- To actively promote sales of company products (Structural Steel, Building Materials, Ironmongery or Security Fencing)
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the construction/building industry.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities within the construction/building sector.
- Possess a proactive and results-oriented attitude, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and operations, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals and customer needs.
