Human Resources (Senior Executive / Executive)

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Well-versed in Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and related regulations
- Experience with payroll software is an advantage
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of employees
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to be based in Seberang Jaya, Penang
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, leave management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters
- Handle full payroll processing and administration
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, JTK, Immigration, etc.)
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance with labour regulations are properly implemented
- Manage foreign worker matters (permit renewal, passport renewal, and related processes)
- Maintain and update payroll systems and HR databases
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of employee documentation
- Liaise with management and staff to address HR-related queries
- Organise staff engagement activities and initiatives
- Support ad-hoc HR projects assigned by management
