  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduate will be provided with training.

  • Work location at Johor Bahru, Tampoi.

AP assistant:

  • Tidy filling for hardcopy of AP documents e.g invoice, DO & statement of account accurately and timely.
  • Understanding of expense & stock entries when entering the information in accounting system.
  • Matching, checking D.O. ,GRN & Statement of account to invoice accurately and timely and revert supplier or your superior if there are any queries.
  • To obtain missing DO / DO with wrong info or missing company stamp from supplier.
  • Undertake and perform other duties which may be assigned to you by your superior.
  • Build good relationships with colleagues.

AR assistant :

  • Enter and filing all hard and soft copies of AR / Sales documents accurately and timely.
  • Daily transfer of Sales invoice & Sales order in the system, solve issues that arise during issuing invoice with your superior or sales team.
  • Requesting and performing checks on delivery orders to invoices. accurately and timely, revert to your superior if there are any queries.
  • Daily admin work e.g. arrange courier, postage & etc.
  • Undertake and perform other duties which may be assigned to you by your superior.
