Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring all products meet company quality standards and customer requirements. The role involves inspection, testing, and monitoring production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products
Monitor production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Identify and report defects or non-conformities
Work closely with production team to resolve quality issues
Maintain proper inspection records and reports
Ensure compliance with ISO / quality management systems
Conduct basic root cause analysis and support corrective actions
Follow all safety and quality procedures- Education
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable)
- Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing (preferred)
- Experience in inspection processes and quality standards is an advantage
