- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs within the Malaysian market.
- Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media) to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with senior sales and marketing staff to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities in the company's CRM system.
