NPI & Engineering Manager New - Bukit Mertajam

Our client is a leading industrial manufacturing company that specializes in Precision Die Casting, CNC Machining, and Sheet Metal Fabrication. As a prominent player in this industry, our client prides itself on its robust Quality Control framework, from design and production to logistics and more, ensuring consistent and high-quality production of die casting and sheet metal parts while keeping defects to an absolute minimum.

• Define, plan and manage the project to meet the time frame and customer requirements.
• Responsible for project closure activities, such as buy or in-house fabricate.
• Supplier selection and cost analysis.
• Manage and lead cross-funtional project team members for the new project.
• Ensure communication and engagement with customer and key project team members are always at optimum level
• Prepare RFQ, ECN for revision change, awarded parts costing for item source update, and Technical Query (TQ), PCP, and PFMEA for awarded parts.
• Support Customer onside reworks, complaint, and service.
• Follow up FA parts & FAIR report.
• Source for new item/parts and material.
• Cost review and revise.

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 15 years experience in Industrial Engineering line.
• Sheet Metal knowledge more than 7 years.
• Basic knowledgeable in 3D & 2D drawing.
• Able to read, analyse and analytical technical drawing.
• Able to operate 3D file Solidwork, AutoCad, and MS Office.
• Knowledge in Welding, Turning, Grinding, CNC Machining.
