Senior Manager

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- 5+ years of experience in business banking or a related field
- Proven ability in team management and leadership
- Experience in hiring and building a strong team to fulfill headcount needs
- A strong sales track record with exceptional client relationship skills
- Required to visit client sites (must have own transport)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly responsible, well-disciplined, and responsive
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Solid understanding of SME banking products, services, and business strategies
- Analytical mindset to assess business performance and implement improvements
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional service
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the SME banking portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with SME clients to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions
- Drive team sales performance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members for professional growth
- Monitor and report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
