Compile paperwork of invoices and payment vouchers

Check and reply to company emails
Handle correspondence with clients and vendors regarding transactions
Execute administrative tasks such as emailing, printing, filing, and running errands
Apply for permits from Pinnacle management office
Assist in organizing internal company events
Maintain and update company records and databases regularly
