Internship Client Services Intern

The intern will assist in day-to-day client servicing tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and professional client interactions.

• Support account managers in handling day-to-day client requests and communications.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with internal creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to support campaign strategies.
• Help in organizing and tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings (where applicable), taking notes and ensuring proper follow-ups.
• Maintain structured records of client interactions and project documents.
• Provide administrative support for account management functions.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates awaiting results are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Docs).
• Able to commit to at least 3–6 months internship.
