Minimum age: 20 or above
- Have own transport
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to work at assigned locations (roadshows / outlets / events)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
- Prior experience in sales or promotion is an advantage (but not compulsory)
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers in a professional manner
- Engage with customers, provide product information, and answer inquiries
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (KPI)
- Ensure product displays are well-organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Assist customers with purchases and provide good customer service
- Handle basic sales transactions and reporting (if required)
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Follow company guidelines, promotional activities, and campaign requirements
- Submit daily sales reports and feedback to team leader/management
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
