Key responsibilities:
- Manage payments, invoice and other related documents
- Compilation of financial documents
- Manage petty cash, project claims and banking tasks
- Manage office supplies and documentation
- Provide assistance with basic HR responsibilities
- Facilitate communication with colleagues, suppliers, clients, external auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents
- Offer ad hoc support
- Diploma in Accounting/ Business related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Administration/ Accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication in English
- Proficiency in Accounting Software is an added advantage
- Willingness to take on varied tasks and responsibilities
