- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads is an advantage
- Strong sales-driven mindset with interest in digital marketing & content creation
- Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment
- Create, plan, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) to generate leads and sales
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting/insights for improvement
- Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries, converting enquiries into sales
- Manage and support e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) including product listing, promotion, and campaign setup
- Assist in developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth
- Coordinate with internal team on marketing materials, promotions, and campaign ideas
