- Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and WeChat.
- Able to create TikTok videos, do TikTok Live, and design Facebook/Instagram posts, posters, and presentation slides (PPT).
- Understand how social media can help grow a business/brand.
- Creative, energetic, and active on social media.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing tools like SEO and SEM is a plus.
- Manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Help create content for promotions and campaigns.
- Update posts for promotions, events, and photo albums.
- Check and manage social media daily, and do simple reports.
- Suggest new ideas to improve posts and campaigns.
- Study what customers like and what competitors are doing.
- Think of ways to get more followers and customers.
- Reply to messages, feedback, and comments quickly.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends.
