Sales Executive (Johor)
Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, marketing strategy or sales, preferably in LPG business especially industrial and commercial sales
Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and understanding customer acquisition costs
Strong expertise in market expansion, lead generation and capability development
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a database of potential customers and leads
Exceptional analytical, problem- solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and strong proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage, negotiation, , energetic and persuasion skills
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Proficient in delivering impactful presentations to clients. computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Able to work independently, multitasking, work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
Team player with a positive working attitude.
Must be able to travel outstation at short notice.
Possess own transport.
Able to work in a fast-pace working environment.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Able to work six (6 days) working day
Responsbilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and follow-up activities to secure new accounts.
Present products, pricing, and sales proposals to customers effectively.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide prompt customer support and handle inquiries or issues professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Sales Administration
Prepare sales documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports.
Manage the end-to-end sales process including order processing and payment follow-up.
Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
Market Research & Product Knowledge
Gather and analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback and insights to management on market opportunities and risks.
Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate effectively with customers.
Coordination & Team Support
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfilment.
Support marketing and sales campaigns as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
