Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in freight selling and

• management capacity (Freight forwarding)
• Candidates with proven Sales Account Management and/or hunting sales will be advantage added
• Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage
• Possess own transport and a valid license
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the Northern region to drive growth and expand the company’s client portfolio.
• Execute freight forwarding marketing strategies, including formulating competitive and sustainable pricing models aligned with regional targets.
• Engage closely with clients to understand their logistics and operational requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Oversee sales account profitability, monitor account performance, and manage aging receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Lead, manage, and guide a team of direct reports to achieve departmental goals and maintain operational efficiency.
