- Aid in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Carry out market analysis on material prices and subcontractor fees.
- Assist in the preparation of progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's program in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
