Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • An analytical mind.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
  • Ability to stick to time constraints.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are captured in accounting system timely.
  • Assist in annual audit exercise and annual stock take.
  • Any other accounting duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
  • To be able to communicate and work independently with others related department.
  • To prepare financial documents, such as statements, business activity reports and forecasts
  • Managing and monitoring cash flows, bank balances (credit & debit)
  • Issues payment voucher or cash vouchers and preparing bank reconciliations. ·
  • Able to handle full set of account (sale taxes, redemption, SST & E-Invoicing) and assist in any other accounting related works.
  • Account for stock value control for commercial and internal use
  • Handle customer invoicing and collections.
  • Monitor customer and follow up on collections, take action on overdue accounts.
  • Involve with accounting audit preparation and documentation with auditor.
  • Assist management with finance/accounting analysis reporting's.
