We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be managing influencer campaigns across various platforms on behalf of client brands, helping them build visibility, credibility, and engagement through the power of authentic KOL collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute the end-to-end influencer marketing process for client campaigns, including:
- Identifying and researching suitable KOLs/influencers
- Outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation
- Developing and presenting creative campaign briefs
- Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Monitoring influencer content and evaluating campaign performance
- Work closely with influencers and internal teams to ensure content aligns with the brand image, while guiding KOLs with creative input to elevate content quality.
- Oversee the entire KOL content production process, from concept development to post-production ensuring all deliverables meet campaign goals and brand standards.
- Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any issues or last-minute changes during the campaign process.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
- Analyze and identify content and promotional trends that align with client branding and marketing objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports for clients, detailing key performance metrics and ROI. Provide strategic feedback on campaign effectiveness and offer data-driven recommendations to enhance future influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer payments and manage billing processes in accordance with agreed KOL payment terms and the company’s internal payment cycle. Responsible for negotiating timelines when necessary to ensure smooth execution and accountability on both ends.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. However, candidates with proven experience in managing influencer campaigns will have an added advantage, especially those who have worked with clients across diverse industries
- Always up-to-date with the latest social media and influencer trends
- Excellent in communication and negotiation, able to confidently manage influencer relationships and client expectations
- Creative yet strategic skilled at matching the right influencers to the right brand campaigns.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
- A team player who collaborates well across departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Proficient in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting, as well as Canva or Google Slides for creating campaign briefs, client presentations, visual decks and CapCut for basic video editing when needed.
