Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role preferred (receptionist, cashier, or front-of-house).
Appearance: Neat, well-groomed, and presentable.
Availability: Willingness to work in 6 days shift, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Manage reservations via phone, online booking systems, and walk-ins.
- Maintain an organized seating chart and coordinate with servers/hosts for table assignments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu, hours, services, or promotions.
- Handle guest complaints calmly and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
- Monitor waiting times and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments).
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare and close daily sales reports.
- Maintain records of bookings, customer feedback, and cash transactions.
