Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute 360° marketing plans and annual brand strategies to drive product awareness and market growth.

- /n/t
Oversee product portfolio performance: planning, positioning, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle management.
/n/t/n/t
- /n/t
Drive digital marketing strategies (social media, website, SEO, paid media) in collaboration with the digital team.
/n/t/n/t
- /n/t
Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, including media planning, events, in-store promotions, and healthcare professional outreach.

Lead market research initiatives to analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor intelligence.

Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance.

Work with agencies and creative partners to develop compelling brand communications.

Monitor and optimize marketing ROI, budgets, and KPIs.

Mentor and guide a team of junior marketers or brand executives, if applicable.

Job Requirement:
/n/n
/n/t- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking, brand management, and execution skills.
- Proven experience with product launches and consumer health trends.
- Digital marketing proficiency (Google Ads, Meta, CRM, analytics tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
