Retail & Booth Sales Promoter - Kajang

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Retail and Booth Sales Promoter to drive brand awareness and product sales at retail locations and promotional booths. You will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales while creating a positive brand experience.

• Set up and maintain an inviting and professional promotional booth or retail display.
• Actively approach and engage shoppers to introduce and explain products or services.
• Demonstrate product features and provide samples.
• Promote ongoing deals, discounts, and product bundles to encourage immediate purchases.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues with a high level of professionalism.
• Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash or card payments accurately.
• Collect customer contact information for loyalty programs or future marketing efforts.
• Track daily sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels at the booth.
• Maintain knowledge of all current product offerings and promotions.
• Follow company and location-specific rules, including dress code, setup times, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales, in-store promotions, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a strong sales drive.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
