Production Supervisor

• At least 3–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or workshop supervision.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate daily tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese to collaborate with internal teams, and Chinese counterparts.

About the role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring production runs smoothly, quality standards are maintained, and your team is motivated to achieve targets. You will play a key role in keeping the manufacturing process efficient and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Production Management: Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved on time.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and make sure all output meets company standards.
• Team Supervision: Coordinate and guide production team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Equipment Oversight: Ensure and maintain production equipment, tools, and workshop facilities in good condition.
• Process Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks or issues in production and implement practical solutions.
• Reporting: Track daily output, record issues, and provide updates to management.
• Training Support: Support training and development for team members to improve skills and efficiency.
