  • Ensure on-time customer service and order processing.
  • Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, and arrange deliveries.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain proper records for all matters related to orders, deliveries, and customer documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical, and operations teams.
  • Handle correspondence and communicate with clients and vendors professionally.
  • Coordinate office activities and company events.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
