Production Assistant

Minimum education level: Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.

• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective communication with the production team and understanding of instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various aspects of food production, including preparation, processing, and packaging.
• Basic understanding of food safety and quality control principles is preferred; training will be provided.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
• Assist in the daily operations of the food production line, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any deviations.
• Operate and maintain food production equipment, performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished food products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including raw material usage, output quantities, and quality control data.
• Support senior production staff in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
