At least a Certificate Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronics/Electromechanical) or equivalent experience.
- More than 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Hands-on skill in mechanical or electrical assembly
- Perform production activities based on work instruction provided by Engineering team.
- Assembling mechanical and/or electrical components to build complex systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and timely readiness of goods produced.
- Testing and troubleshooting systems to detect and solve technical problems.
- Conducting visual inspections of components and completed systems to ensure quality standards are met.
- Obtain and verify kitted (pre-picket) detail parts and assemblies were issued correctly by comparing part numbers and quantities to drawing.
- Maintaining accurate records of production data, testing results, and other reports related to the assembly process.
- Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and production to ensure efficient assembly processes
- Making recommendations for improvements to the assembly process to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Ensure tool and equipment traceability and accountable for it loses.
- Solve and resolve issues & feedback problems and solutions.
- Following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Keeping tools and work areas clean and organized.
- Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
- Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by superiors from time to time.
