This role is the first point of contact for employees, clients, and guests entering the Kuala Lumpur office. As the face of the organisation, the Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience for everyone.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their presentation and space, and can manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.

You’ll report to a supportive and collaborative manager who values initiative and professionalism. The role sits within a friendly, high-performing Office Experience team that works closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Welcome all visitors and staff with a friendly and professional approach.
Ensure the reception area is always clean, organised, and presentable.
Answer and redirect incoming calls, manage emails, coordinate courier services, and distribute mail.
Manage meeting room bookings and visitor access, and prepare welcome kits for new employees.
Provide administrative support for internal office operations, including permits, invoices, and procurement processes.
