Field Sales Executive

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field, with experience in industrial supply being an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong multitasking and task prioritization abilities.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, possess own transport, and willing to travel when required.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, prepare daily activity reports, and provide updates on market trends, sales activities, and customer performance.
- Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers by delivering excellent customer service, sales support, and technical assistance.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop new products, explore potential clients, and carry out customer visits to expand the company’s market presence.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, monitor customer accounts, and ensure prompt collection of payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, communicate customer requirements clearly to relevant departments, and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Sales commission will be paid monthly upon achieving the set sales target
