Job Summary

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager/F&B Manager at Huni Square in Shah Alam! The store will offer traditional Japanese onigiri (rice balls) (approximately 15 varieties), with soups and drinks. Their goal is to create a well-loved establishment in Huni Square, a newly developed commercial area.

Job Responsibilities:

◇Small-scale Store Management

・Reporting to the owners

・Shift management

・Cash handling and financial management

・Inventory management and ordering (ingredients, seasonings, consumables, etc.)

◇Simple Food Preparation

・Preparing onigiri (approximately 15 varieties)

・Making soups and drinks

※Complex food preparation to be discussed if necessary

◇Customer Service

・Serving products to customers

・Handling payments and transactions etc.

Job Requirements:

・2-3 years of experience with managing small-scale store operations.

・Punctual and reliable personality.

・Experience in store setup/launch is an advantage.

・Able to communicate in English.

Working Hours

・To be decided (Example -- working hours: 10am ~ 7pm; opening hours: 12pm – 8pm)

・Break Time: 1.5 hrs

・Shift working hours
