Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5 – 7 years of experience in the F&B furniture/ ID industry.
- Proven experience in the F&B industry, with knowledge of furniture and decor design, manufacturing processes and material
- Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, designers, production teams and vendors.
- Familiarity with CAD software, design tools and project management applications.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer services. - Project Management certification is a plus
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Project Manager who will oversee all aspects of F&B projects from initial client consultation to final installation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to design specifications, budget management, and client satisfaction while coordinating with various internal and external teams involved in the furniture and decor furnishing manufacturing and installation process.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Conduct initial client meetings to understand F&B project needs, design requirements, and budget constraints.
- Present design concepts and furniture options to clients, addressing any concerns or modifications.
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project scope, identifying potential risks and proactively mitigating issues.
- Collaborate with design teams to finalize furniture layouts, specifications, and material selections.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate manufacturing of furniture according to project requirements.
- Budget Control:
- Prepare accurate project estimates and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budget deviations effectively.
- Vendor Management:
- Work closely with sourcing team. Ensure budget, quality standards & delivery timeline being communicated well throughout the vendors.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors involved in installation and delivery. (If project requires.)
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks with QA team during production and installation to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Site Management:
- Oversee furniture & decor installation on-site, coordinating with the installation team and ensuring proper placement. (If project requires.)
- Conduct final project walkthroughs with clients to address any concerns and achieve project completion.
