Internship For Admin

• Must be available for a minimum 6-month internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated.
• Available during regular working hours as stated above.

1. Administration Support

• Coordinate & assist in day to day general administration and operational matters
• Resolve & handling administrative related issues, documents and correspondenceData entry of Invoices into system
• Issue invoices and check payment received
• Scheduling
• Filing, scanning and printing duties

1. CCTV Management

• Monitoring people in different locations to identify instances of suspicious orunusual behavior.
• Recording all events, incidents and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
• Liaising with the security agencies or members of staff to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system and to include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.
• Liaising with security staff or police on the ground to provide detailed intelligence about suspects, such as their appearance, actions, or location.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am – 1.00pm
