Overseeing and managing large-scale programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Overseeing long-term program goals that align with the company’s business goals and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as IT, network operations, and business units to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of the network and IT infrastructure.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Required Capabilities/Skills:
- Governance Cadences: Experience in handling governance cadences with CXO stakeholders.
- GenAI Certifications: GenAI related certifications or exposure is a big plus.
- Network Domain Experience: Network domain delivery experience is a must.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are essential1.
- Multi-Vendor Transformations: Experience in managing large multi-vendor transformations is beneficial.
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this position is between $[130,000- 160,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
