A well-known and rapidly growing brand is looking for an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead the creation and delivery of innovative, market-leading products. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities to drive product strategy
- Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, merchandising, marketing, and retail teams.
- Manage product timelines, development milestones, and cross-functional coordination
- Ensure products meet quality standards, cost targets, and delivery timelines
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the product development process
- Lead, mentor, and develop the product development team
- 10 years and above of relevant experience in product development or product management, ideally within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and commercialization.
