Familiar with IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspection procedures, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Able to read mechanical drawings and understand metal processing/manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments.
- Honest, trustworthy, dedicated, and detail-oriented.
- Strong professional ethics, self-discipline, and willingness to take responsibility within the scope of duties.
- Able to speak, read and write Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff)
- Perform first article inspection and in-process inspection according to the Process Inspection Work Instruction, and maintain proper quality inspection records.
- Monitor and stop any non-compliant operations during production; report to supervisor when necessary.
- Conduct preliminary identification of defective products and ensure traceability.
- Submit non-conformance reports in the OA system and follow up on approval results.
- Complete shift handover records (day/night shift) and ensure proper handover on-site.
- Investigate quality issues reported by downstream processes, take appropriate actions, or escalate to supervisor when needed.
- Perform inspection and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
- Maintain 6S practices at the workplace.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
