Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HSPM, and IATF 16949 standards is preferred.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Manage and conduct reliability testing and in-process quality control (IPQC) activities.
- Maintain and calibrate reliability testing equipment.
- Ensure that subordinates adhere to the required procedures and instructions.
- Guide subordinates during the checking process, providing feedback to superiors regarding any abnormalities detected.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, safety, and environmental (HSF) policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide quality records and performance indices to the Head of QA Department when required.
- Take responsibility for other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
- Have the authority to stop non-conforming materials, work in progress, or finished goods from further processing or delivery.
- Approve IQC, IPQC, and QA reports.
- Be aware of potential risks and opportunities, and understand the needs of interested parties.
- Supervise and prepare samples for testing as required.
