Job Summary To assemble products and equipment for the Company. The assembler need to apply the training provided to ensure that the work he performed meets the Company's Safety, Quality and production requirement. As he progress further in this role, he will be provided with additional training to perform more critical task like pressure testing.
Roles and Responsibilities Complete the training and assessment requirement of the role of Assembler satisfactorily set by the Department Read and understand Routing, Engineering Drawings, Bill of Material, Test Procedures and Work Instructions Assemble Products and Equipment as according to routing, drawings and procedures Conduct Testing of Products and Equipment as according to routing and procedures Troubleshoot on problem areas during assembly and testing To perform any other related departmental function as necessarily assigned by the Department Manager / Supervisor To perform and support the Department Objectives and KPI set by the Management Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies Experience: 1 – 2 years experience in assembly, testing, repairing and servicing of oil and gas equipment in relevant industry or 3 – 5 years experience in heavy machinery industry.

Education: SPM / SPMV or Trade Certificated / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Preferred Skills/Competencies Willing to work in factory environment operating cranes and forklifts during heavy lifting of products and equipment Good experience and understanding of hydraulics Good communication and interpersonal skill Good knowledge in basic computer and windows application English Communication Skills
