Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Multimedia Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and content creation. This role goes beyond desk design — you will be involved in real content production, including on-ground shoots, retail visits, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Design & Branding
- Assist in creating visual assets for:
- Social media (Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok)
- Marketing campaigns & promotions
- Retail POSM (posters, shelf talkers, display visuals)
- Support packaging design improvements and mockups
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints
- Multimedia & Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Xiaohongshu)
- Capture behind-the-scenes content (production, retail, events)
- Edit photos and videos for marketing use
- Assist in storytelling content (product, founder story, retail journey)
- On-Ground Content & Travel
- Travel to retail outlets, events, and different locations for content shooting
- Capture real-life customer interactions and retail presence
- Support outdoor shoots, pop-ups, and campaign activations
- Be part of fieldwork — not just office-based tasks
- Digital & Social Support
- Assist in content planning and scheduling
- Contribute creative ideas for improving engagement and reach
- Stay updated with trends (especially TikTok & XiaoHongShu style content)
- Creative Contribution
- Bring fresh ideas to improve brand visibility
- Think beyond “design” — focus on how content performs in real market
- Support the team in brainstorming campaigns and storytelling angles
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
- Professional Skill in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / CapCut)
- Passion for content creation (short videos, social media trends)
- Willing to travel and work on on-ground content shoots
- Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in TikTok / XiaoHongShu content creation
- Photography / videography skills
- Interest in branding, retail, or FMCG products
- Real industry exposure (retail, branding, content production)
- Hands-on experience in building a consumer brand
