Accounts Executive - Full Set

Company Background:

We are representing a logistics company (Singapore-HQ) with their office based locally in KL Sentral (Kuala Lumpur). We are looking for an Accounts Executive, experienced in handling full sets of accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to Accountant and GM on matters of finance and accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial/ management/ cash flow reports.
• Able to handle Accounts Payable closing and Bank Reconciliation.
• Provide monthly analysis and interpretation of financial results/performance.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies/procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, bankers as well as relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting field or LCCI or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Demonstrated experience in handling full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Proficient in written and conversational English

Job Details:

• Permanent employment
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
• OT is expected on monthly closing period
• Office is near to MRT KL Sentral station
