about the job- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects.
- Manage tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend contractors.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
- Assess and process interim payments and final accounts.
- Evaluate and negotiate variations in project scope or design.
- Conduct or verify site measurements to ensure accuracy in claims.
- Monitor project costs, flag overruns, and prepare cost reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working a team of Quantity Surveyors.
skills and experience required- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant. ...
3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry, mechanical or plumbing experience is compulsory.
