Account Executive

Bachelor's Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Manage the full set of accounts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage debtor and creditor aging reports.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including issuing delivery orders and generating e-invoices.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and submit statutory contributions including KWSP, PERKESO, and e-PCB via the PLUS system
