Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or consulting role, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in consulting methodologies and a customer-centric approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and overcome sales obstacles and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Lead Management: Effectively manage and convert company-generated leads assigned daily.
- End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.
- Expert Consultation: Provide tailored solar solutions by understanding the specific energy needs of potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.
- Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.
- Collection Monitoring: Follow up on payment milestones, as commission payouts are tied to full collection (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion).
