  • Engage proactively with application vendors and infrastructure teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance statistics regularly, implementing tuning or improvement plans as needed to maintain high availability according to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Foster strong relationships with users by participating in their activities, understanding their work processes, and exceeding expectations through high-quality design.

  • Demonstrated expertise in IT solution architecture including analysis, design, development of applications—particularly within AMLA/CDD/compliance domains.
  • Proven track record as an IT Project Manager managing projects from initiation through closure using established methodologies such as SDLC while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management processes including roles/responsibilities required for effective end-to-end delivery/support.
  • Technical aptitude across Oracle applications coupled with broad knowledge spanning information technology process domains; experience improving Oracle FCCM functionalities is highly desirable.
  • Strong vendor management skills complemented by the ability to build rapport with internal/external stakeholders at all levels for effective collaboration.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities enabling you to investigate complex system problems thoroughly before proposing practical solutions or recovery actions.
  • Commitment to upholding IT standards/policies—including security protocols—and ensuring all documentation complies with audit requirements.
